About warranty:
Warranty for products is 2 year for frames,1 year for wheels . The warranty is only effective to original owner, and is not transferable.For warranty ,please send broken details ,and you need to undertake the shipping cost by yourself .

Package direction:
On the center of the bearing ,we put 2 pieces of plastic covers to protect the hub from damaged during transporting ,and for wheelset ,we put them into two thick pearl bags for safe ,outside protecting is for using brown carton .
