1,Do you go to bicycle show every year ?

Yes,we had gone to Euro bike show,for carbon frame and different kind of carbon bicycle rim ,such as road rim ,451 rim ,fatbike rim ,mtb rim ,and new coming out spoke wheel .Also ,every year ,we go to euro bike to communicate with euro buyers for the new market demand.

2,What is the advantages of your company?

We have our own facotry ,which avoid intermediate link to supply the products to foreign friends directly for competitive service .

3,Do you have big shot which had cooperated with u for long time?

We had been to carbon bike parts industry for about 10 years ,and had cooperated for some brand companies who are from France ,UK ,Singapore ,Japan ,Taiwan ,Belgium .The longest time we are cooperating for some companies for 6 year ,4 years .Beside ,they also come to China to visit communicationg for their own mould for bike rim .such as mtb mould .

4,How can i understand the warranty?

For warranty ,we do 2 years for frames ,and 1 year for wheels .but warranty is not available for man-made sabatage.You need to send me the broken details for the place of the frame,front wheel or rear wheel and send me id number which is near the valve hole ,we normally will replace a new making rim and new frame parts or new frame depending on the broken situation.

5,May i custom my own brand ?

It is better for us to do design for buyer own brand ,for the charge,it is usd30-60/per color according to the size and color quantity of the color .This cost is for printboard cost ,we only charge 1 time which means no extra cost for next order if for same size same color logo design.

6,What is the payment way can u accept?

TT Bank transfer,western union ,paypal,for paypal ,need 5%paypal charge which is charged by paypal platform.

7,If my country is with custom problem ,how can i avoid it ?

Most of the euro countries are with custom problem by ems shipping ,we now can supply anti tax shipping way which is with different shipping cost .you can tell me in advance if you are interested in it .For some Asia countries ,the custom problem is not so serious ,i can decalre the value as u asked .

8,How many days does it take to send the goods and arrive in my home ?

We normally send out the goods within 14 working days according the order quanity ,from delivery to arrive by ems and anti tax shipping way,need about 1-2 weeks to Asian countries,2-4 weeks to euro countries and north America ,3-6 weeks to far country such as Brazil ,South Africa.If for DHL shipping ,it takes about 3-10 days for faster shipping with higher cost .
