How to make the carbon frame ?(Process)
1,Weave carbon fiber.According the requirement ,weave the carbon fiber to 3k/12k/ud appearance.The carbon fiber we use is for Toray 700/800/1000 material depending on customers'customizing.
2,Lay the mould.Demold the frame mold or frame section mold,then lay the carbon fiber on the mould.
Carbon cloth need layer by layer on the mold for rolling, divided into the first tube, the tube, the tube, five links, after the fork, fork and so on.
3,Splice the rolling head tube, the riser five parts into the inner mold into one, the preforming process but also into the air bag, wrapped around the nozzle, the next step to do well inflatable for ready.
4,Put the mould into a high temperature equipment for forming with high temperature and high pressure.
Frame package.Use pearl to protect the carbon frame .
Personal Design Extra cost Introduction
If you want to custom your own logo or color painting ,then need to pay extra cost ,normaly for logo design is for usd30-usd60/1 color ,this is depends on the size of your logo ,and this is called print board cost ,it means next time if you want same size same color logo ,then dont need to pay any more .For color painting ,the cost is for usd30-60/1 color ,it depends on the size of your color painting .and this is charged by painting facotry ,so i hope you will understand it before you decide to buy here .thank you .

We supply 2 years warranty for frame not including man-made breaking frame .Please feel free to contact here when meetting any problem during normal using ,we will give you reply at first time to help you solve the problems.
2,Shipping way for carbon frame
