1,What is the payment?
So far we accept tt bank transfer,paypal ,western union.Or you can go to our online shop to pay directly by paypal ,you can contact me for online shop website if you need it.
2,How to protect the package?
We had been to carbon bike parts industry for about 10 years ,using pearl bag inside brown carton outside always with a very good producting .We had met the box was seriously broken outside which was pressed by very heavy goods ,but the wheelset was still under very good situation .the broken chance happened 0.1/% so far ,and it is just because heavy goods .So dont worry about this,we have very rich experience for this .
3,How long is the warranty for wheelset?
It is for 1 year for wheelset.It is not available for man-made broken wheel ,please know this in advance .
please inform me on time when u want to do warranty for your wheel ,send me broken photos and id number of wheel which is beside the valve hole ,normally we will replace a new rim to you ,and customer need to undertake the shipping cost .
4,If I dont like the wheelset ,can i return it back ?
Only few buyers will ask to return goods back because of kinds of resons ,but still need to tell here in advance. It is not wise to return goods back for it will result in kinds of extra cost such as tax ,transporting fee and wheel broken matter ,so before you buy a wheel ,i need ur full considering .
5,If seller did not send the right goods ,how to do it ?
This is also very few matters happened,dont worry about this ,Once mistake happened ,we will suggest u to go to local place to asjust it such as with wrong hub body ,and we pay the charge for u ,or we here will directly send u a new right hub cassete without delay.
6,May i change my idea after placing orders for days?
If the goods is finished preparing ,we can not accept for changing ,because all wheels are specially customized by every buyer.If still under preparing ,we are willing to change the logo or painting or finish for you ,and hope you can give more time to prepare it .
7,How do i the know where the wheelset go after delivery?
Before delivery ,we will take your customized products photos for you to check if the wheels are yours to confirm it right or not one more time,and after send it out ,we will give you track number .For ems shipping ,normally can get the track number from shipping company on the day delivery ,but for dpd or dhl shipping ,need to wait for about 1-3 days because these shipping way are transfered by other cities.
8,How long does it take from delivery to arrive?
For EMS,it need about 1-4 weeks depending on different countries ,some may delayed because of long distance from China such as Brazil,Turkey ,Argentina,Chile and so on .Some is because of stopping by custom such as eruo countries ,for these countries .we would suggest to change a shipping way for no tax with little extra cost.For dhl shipping ,it is normally faster than ems .about 4-15 days ,but it much more expensive because of different service from shipping company ,you can contact me in advance for shipping way or shipping cost for a better choices with our rich experience in this industry.
9,What is ur after sale service?
