1,Can you introduce your QC for carbon 6 spoke wheel?
We have proffesional quality control team.Before sending out the wheels ,we will check the parameters as follows:diameter(632.5mm-633.5mm) ,flatness(0.3mm-0.5mm),roundness(<0.3mm),width(24.95mm-25.5mm),lateral alignment,shape of clincher ,valve hole diameter (6.4mm-6.5mm),vale hole spacing(<1mm),valve hole positions(<0.3mm),bearing of hub,swing balance,if buyers put their own brand ,then we will check the goods without mistake as follows:the stickers of the rims are placed accurately; the stickers of the rims dont overlap;no sticker shows any damages or bubles;the print and the color on the stickers are correct;the rim coating does not show any damages or bubbles.
2,Can i custom xd body or boost options?
Yes,it is for few prducting .So need to add extra cost .We need to change the mould for the boost size .If you need it ,please contact me in advance.
3,What is the carbon weave can you do for me?
For this model ,we only make 3k weave for higher performance.
4,Does the wheel can be tubuless tire?
Yes ,29er carbon mtb 6 spoke wheel is for clincher tubuless design ,you can put clincher or tubuless tire on it.
5,What is the Shipment?
Cheapest shipping way is with EMS .If you want faster shipping like DHL or Fedex shipping ,please contact me in advance.The shipping time depends on the your customs clearance time or Force Majeure.If you do not receive the goods in time,please contact your customs or local post office.We also have other shipping way to avoid tax for many european countries which are with very serious custom problem.
